🏢 Before / After: Complete renovation of a 3-apartment building – A project by Bâti Énergie


At Bâti Énergie, we do much more than renovate: we reinvent homes to offer modernity, functionality, and sustainable development.

In this project, we took charge of the complete transformation of three apartments in a building , with a clear objective: to create bright, warm and easy-to-maintain homes (we present one of the three in this post)



🛠 A second work mastered down to the smallest details


Our intervention covered all of the following elements:


  • Demolition and preparation of supports

  • Ceiling and painting

  • Laying floor and wall tiles (concrete effect)

  • Installation of vinyl flooring in bedrooms

  • Renovation of bathrooms and toilets

  • Creation of kitchens

  • Tiling of exterior balconies



🛋 The living room: more than a living space, a showcase of the project



➡️ Before: old, outdated parquet flooring eaten away by water leaks from the ceiling (problem also resolved), partition between the kitchen and the living room, unwelcoming atmosphere

✅ After: light gray concrete effect tiles, partition shortened to let in light, smoothed and painted walls, open white and wood kitchen perfectly integrated and now visible from the living room.

🚪 The entrance hall and the restrooms: a careful welcome, in continuity


➡️ Before: outdated finishes

✅ After: we resume the aesthetics of the floor with the continuity of the same tiling of the living room and the entrance hall, we modernize the sanitary facilities (wall-hung toilet, niche behind the toilet, mini white hand basin), and we optimize the brightness with light tones.













🛁 Bathroom: forget the old, make way for functional elegance



➡️ Before: small, old-fashioned bathroom with bulky bathtub

✅ After: installation of a large 120 x 90 cm shower, covered with gray wall tiles.

Adding a contemporary vanity unit for a modern, sleek and durable bathroom.

Addition of a laundry area + moving and replacing the boiler (placed in the kitchen for safety reasons and electrical standards)



🛏 The bedrooms: warmth and comfort with wood vinyl


The natural wood effect vinyl flooring was selected for its excellent aesthetic/durability ratio.

It provides warmth and acoustic comfort while resisting everyday wear and tear. Ideal for welcoming and harmonious rooms.



🌿 The balcony: even outside, we take care with the finishes


The balconies were covered with concrete-effect exterior tiles, ensuring consistency with the interior style and resistance to bad weather.



💡 Final result: modernized apartment, ready to be occupied
